A Message For Parents of 3rd, 4th, & 5th Graders

You have in your midst future middle schoolers. Just like parents prepare their children for kindergarten years ahead of time with great eagerness, positive discussions, and careful preparation such as reading books or teaching numbers and colors, I believe middle school deserves the same excitement, respect, and optimism.

The seeds of potentially positive middle school experiences or potentially negative middle school experiences are planted with attitudes, discussions, comments, and opinions from parents waaaaaay before the first day of middle school.
